How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order online — no payment is needed at checkout. Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your address. You pay in cash when the parcel arrives. No online banking, no credit card required.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver in 3–5 business days to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi). Smaller cities take 5–8 business days. You'll receive an SMS with tracking once dispatched.
How do I use the 100-day trial refund?
Email us at hello@amazia.pk with your order number and the words '100-day trial'. That's it. No photos, no dermatologist certificate, no lengthy process. We issue the full refund to your EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank account within 48 hours.
Do you ship to all cities in Pakistan?
We deliver nationwide through premium courier partners with tracked, insured shipping. Remote areas may occasionally face 1–2 day delays. Contact us if you're unsure about delivery to your area.
How do I find my batch COA?
Your batch number is printed on the bottom of the product box. Go to amazia.pk/pages/trust, enter your batch number, and download the PDF Certificate of Analysis showing test results for heavy metals, microbial limits, pH, and active ingredient verification.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
All AMAZIA formulas are fragrance-free, dye-free, and tested specifically for reactive, compromised skin. If you're experiencing acute dermatitis, eczema, or severe rosacea, we recommend patch-testing for 48 hours before full use.
Can I use multiple AMAZIA products together?
Yes. The AMAZIA range is designed as a complete system. Cleanser → Serum → Barrier Cream is the core routine. Products are formulated not to interact negatively with each other, and all use consistent pH levels for maximum layering compatibility.
Is AMAZIA Halal certified?
Yes. Every AMAZIA batch achieves Halal certification HC-26. Our facility is alcohol-free, pork-free, and operates under full cross-contamination segregation protocols. The Halal certificate is available for download on the COA page.
