At AMAZIA Skincare, Under Amaziagrid , your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered, subject to the terms of this policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or return:

Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused.

This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer, per product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, AMAZIA will provide a replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved:

Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days. The time required for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when:

The wrong item was shipped.

The product arrived damaged.

The product is confirmed to be defective.

Order Cancellation
